Shipping
We choose to ship the majority of our parcels using Australia Post's eParcel system.
Services offered to our Australian customers are as follows.
All parcels are sent Registered and must be signed for unless you give us Authority to Leave. If you do give us Authority to Leave the parcel, we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. Tracking details will be emailed to you when your parcel is dispatched.
Standard ParcelPost - Road based 2-7 Business Days
Express Post - Air, generally overnight, with 2 days to some regional areas.
We offer FREE Standard Post on Australian orders over $150. This is a Standard, Registered Parcel Post Service. This offer applies to most shipments which can be delivered via the Australia Post service. Heavy or bulky items like bulk oil, smoke fluid and the 48" kits may not qualify when shipped to regional areas or SA, NT and WA. Larger bulky items such as Kits generally need to travel via Courier, and this is not covered under the free shipping offer.
Large items which cannot be sent via Australia Post will travel with TNT Road Express or Northline Express. Our website is unable to calculate these shipping charges, so please proceed with your order and we will work out the best freight quotes and contact you as soon as we can to arrange delivery.
For our International customers, we offer several levels of service:
Standard Airmail - TRACKING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS SERVICE
Track and Trace - Standard Airmail delivery, with tracking given. (Only available to certain countries)
Express Courier International - A much quicker service, with full tracking and courier delivery.
It is generally not viable for us to send large kits overseas. Generally the freight quote will be far more than the price of a Kit.
CANCELLED ORDERS - CHANGED YOUR MIND - If you place an order and then cancel it before we process and ship it, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount for any of our costs from the payment gateway. Visa, MasterCard, Paypal etc. will charge us their standard fee even though we refund you the payment. This is typically 2.5 to 3% of the value of the order plus $0.50.
